Because our kava products are consumable wellness items, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used products.

Eligible Returns

We gladly accept returns or issue refunds in the following cases:

  • Your order arrived damaged

  • You received the wrong item

  • Your order was defective or compromised during shipping

If any of the above apply, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at wavesaroundyoumusic@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Photos of the product and packaging (if applicable)

Once reviewed, we will happily offer a replacement or refund.

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and quality reasons, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for:

  • Opened or used products

  • Products returned outside the 7-day window

  • Items damaged due to improper storage or use

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error

  • If a return is approved, we will provide further instructions
